Cancellation Policy

Royal Slay by Shay – Booking Policy To secure your date, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No booking is confirmed until both are received. Booking times are agreed upon in advance. Sessions must run consecutively at the same location. Early call times before 9 AM add a $50 fee. Please be on time—late arrivals may incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes and risk cancellation. Trial makeup is available only with a contracted service. The fee is $150 and due at the time of service. Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 7+ days before the event have no penalty. Canceling within 7 days forfeits the deposit. Canceling within 48 hours or a no-show requires full payment. If RSBS cancels, your deposit will be refunded. Clients must provide a table or workspace, lighting, outlets, and a chair. Travel fees apply outside the 55448 area. All products are sanitized and hypoallergenic. Please disclose any skin conditions, as RSBS is not liable for allergic reactions. Final balance is due on the event day in one payment. Accepted methods: Venmo, PayPal, Credit Card (with fee), Apple Pay, cashier’s check, or money order. By booking, you agree that RSBS may use photos or videos for promotional purposes.
